Afterword

From author

Paraguay is a country loyal to immigrants which provides us an opportunity to live here and to create a unique atmosphere of a multilingual and multicultural environment. Probably, we are looking at the country from different perspectives from our backgrounds and ways of migration, but one thing, for sure, unites us. As Hemingway said in 1920 about Paris - “We ate well and cheaply and drank well and cheaply and slept well and warm together and loved each other”. Living here is like participating in the same kind of celebration of life. And we are celebrating it day by day.

God bless Paraguay - no matter where we go, but we will always have Paraguay and the memories of its warm atmosphere.

My project is nothing more than an attempt to catch the elusive moment of a festive encounter at the crossroad before our ways drift apart.

Let the vibe of the Immigraniada project ignite a spark of passionate flame which guides you forward.
